This project includes the construction of a new freestanding facility designed to support Spartan’s growing operations. The building will house specialized paint and prep booths, along with a mezzanine level dedicated to office space to support administrative and operational functions.
In addition to the new facility, the project also consists of an expansion to the existing building to accommodate the fabrication shop. This addition will include crane attachments to support fabrication activities and improve operational efficiency. The scope of work also includes the complete reconstruction of the existing parking lot pavement to enhance site functionality and provide a durable, long-term surface for daily use.
