Jans Corporation led a 230,200-square-foot expansion and renovation of the Tea Area High School campus as the Construction Manager at Risk. The project included the construction of a two-story classroom wing, science wing, music suite, performing arts center, administration suite, and gymnasium/wrestling room additions. Designed to accommodate the district’s future growth, the project featured flexible educational spaces, improved circulation areas, and modern facilities such as a 1,200-seat auditorium and black box theater. Planned renovations also optimized existing spaces to meet the district’s evolving needs for years to come.
