Construction began in May of 2023 on the Summit Building Tenant Suite build outs. This project was an interior build out of two tenant spaces in the lower level of the Summit Building located off of South Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls. One space will be an Audiology Clinic with offices, a testing room, rest room, and waiting area (1,084 sqft). The other space will be a women’s self-defense studio with a large open space, reception area, office, and restroom (2,126 sqft).
