John Reiser - Project Manager
John Reiser received his Associate of Science Degree in Architectural/Construction Engineering Technology from Southeast Technical Institute in 2003. Prior to graduation, he worked seven summers in various capacities for Greg Reiser Construction. Upon graduation, he worked two and a half years for Com –Res Inc. as a project superintendent. John joined Jans Corporation in July of 2005 as a project superintendent and is currently serving as a Project Manager.
As Project Manager, he directs a project team in construction projects throughout the development cycle from initial concept through successful completion. This requires coordination of activities of the field personnel, subcontractors and material suppliers. He ensures assigned projects are finished within schedule and budget, and in accordance with customer specifications.
