Jason Kleinschmit - Field Superintendent / Safety Director
Jason Kleinschmit received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University in 2001. Prior to graduation, Jason worked a number of summers in the construction industry. Upon graduation, he worked two years for Husman Construction as a Project Manager and joined Jans Corporation in 2004. He is currently serving as Field Superintendent / Safety Director. He also serves in the South Dakota Army National Guard and spent time in Kuwait supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
As the Field Superintendent, he manages all field operations including personnel management, purchasing and maintaining tools and equipment, fleet management, maintaining a safe and effective work environment, and directing resources to complete quality projects within time and budget. Along with being our Field Superintendent Jason is in charge of Quality Control and Safety, he develops our safety program to prevent unsafe working conditions and ensures the final product is built in accordance with customer quality requirements.
